I've really been enjoying my time in Madrid over the last week -- it's my first time here!! While there are many things I admire about Spanish culture, nothing stands out more than the SIESTA culture (or short power naps after lunch). To be honest, all the stereotypes are true (especially right now in the hot summer months) -- people really do take siestas around 3 or 4 PM and it's magnificent! Do you take siestas?
