Goblet Reverse Lunges - this is very effective single leg training that I find to be fairly easy on the knees. Basically, you're doing a reverse (stepping back) lunge while holding a dumbbell in the goblet position. When doing regular Goblet Squats, generally speaking, your core, front delts or upper back will give out before your legs get solidly worked. That's why I prefer to do single leg training with the goblet setup. It allows you to use a heavier weight and work your legs harder. Normal l
