A painting which has hung in Durham’s County Hall for decades is on its way to a new home at Ushaw. After careful removal and specialised cleaning, the seven-meter work made its way to us last week. Created by a North-East based painter, Thomas William Pattison reinterprets the 11th century construction of Durham Cathedral.
