As of Monday morning, 3/4 of an inch to 2 inches have fallen, with another inch or 2 expected by the end of the day, the NWS forecasts.
Several waves of heavy rain expected in the St. Louis region over the next few days, beginning Thursday afternoon and continuing through Saturday.
After Thursday's heavy rainfall, more rain is expected Friday and Saturday around St. Louis, and flash flooding remains a concern.
